Buy Local and Buy Fresh at Gaithersburg Outdoor Markets
Gaithersburg residents can enjoy a lively atmosphere and quality products at three outdoor markets opening soon.
At the new Market in Olde Towne, held the fourth Saturday of each month from May to October, you’ll find a unique bazaar-like setting with handmade crafts, flea market items, food vendors, and much, much more.
Locally-grown produce will be available at two weekly markets held throughout the growing season in Olde Towne and Kentlands, with the variety of fruits and vegetables changing weekly as crops reach maturity.
The Market in Olde Towne
New this year, the lively Market in Olde Towne features crafts, foods, flea market items, and information from nonprofit organizations. It will be held the fourth Saturday of each month, May through October, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Vendors will line Wells Avenue, adjacent to the Gaithersburg City Hall parking lot, near the train station in Olde Towne. Mark your calendar for May 28, June 25, July 23, August 27, September 24 and October 22.
