Joining Leggett will be Montgomery County Councilmember Roger Berliner, who represents Bethesda, and Krista Tassa, president MobileNOW!, the County’s contractor for the pay-by-cell program and a tenant of the Rockville Innovation Center.
* Staff will demonstrate how pay-by-cell works at one of the rooftop parking meters.
